I think my favorite thing about Schmard's class was how he kept the class so engaged and attentive. I work in the health sector and took this course for heightened HIPAA awareness. Being new to Information Technology and cyber security, it was really important that the class be more than just some dry transfer of information. The team exercises and case scenario walk-throughs really helped me to not just pass the exam but to also learn the concepts and confidently prepare my staff to protect patient records.
